Once your order is on its way, you'll receive email or text notifications containing a consignment number. Tracking your order is easy – simply log into your account and navigate to the "Profile" section on our website.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In cases where your order consists of multiple items, we may opt for split shipments to expedite fulfillment. Rest assured, this service incurs no additional charges.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that circumstances may change. If we are unable to fulfill or ship your order, we will promptly notify you via email or text, explaining the cancellation. You have the flexibility to cancel your order before it's dispatched. To cancel, log into your account, access the 'Order' section, and choose the cancellation option. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
